How 200Gaj works
Most property sites are endless lists. 200Gaj is a map. Every ad — plots, land, houses, villas,
apartments — is pinned to a real 100 m × 100 m square on a live map of India, so location isn't a
field in a form; it's the whole point.
For buyers
1. Browse free, no login. Zoom into any city or area. Orange squares hold properties
for sale — tap one to see every ad in it, with photos, plot sizes and asking rates per gaj.
2. Judge the price like a local. Each ad shows its rate per gaj, per sq ft and per sq m,
plus the date it was posted — so you can spot fresh listings and compare pockets street by street.
3. Contact the seller directly. Create a free account to reveal a seller's number or
message them in-app. No brokers in the middle, and 200Gaj takes no commission.
For sellers
1. Post free in two minutes. Stand on your plot and tap "Use my current location", or
pick the square on the map. Add price, size, photos and key features.
2. Your exact location stays private. The ad shows only the 100 m square — buyers see
the area, never the precise spot. Serious buyers reach you on your number or by in-app chat.
3. Every ad is reviewed. A human checks each ad and photo before it goes live, and chat
is monitored for abuse — a marketplace of real people, not spam.
